Head to any nearby amer center to open a file as a sponsor and get an entry permit for your spouse. Your spouse needs to pass the medical fitness test as well which will cost 2500 AED. Without medical insurance it can take up to 15 days.
Why is a Minimum 4000 AED Salary Required to Sponsor a Spouse?

Ejari or Tenancy Contract?
You need to prove you have an apartment for your spouse so you need to show an Ejari or Tenancy contract before applying for a spouse visa in Dubai. Without this certificate you will not be able to issue a permit for your fiance/wife in Dubai
Valid Passport of Spouse?
Passport is mandatory to issuing an entry permit for Dubai for your partner/spouse. Make sure your passport expiry date is more than 6 months otherwise the airline will not allow your spouse to travel.
Medical Insurance Mandatory in Dubai for your Spouse?
It is not mandatory but due to COVID-19 affecting the whole world it is better to take some affordable insurance. Also if you have medical insurance then the entry permit process will be faster than without medical insurance.
