Free bus service is also provided to the public to travel to the festival in Al Wathba. The regular bus service leaves for the festival after 30 minutes of the gap. The timings of these buses are Abu Dhabi Main Bus Station sharp at 3 pm, Cooperative Association at 3.30 pm, and BaniYas Bus Station at 4 pm.

The Sheikh Zayed Heritage festival starts from 4:00 pm till 12:00 am on normal weekdays. On Thursdays, Fridays & National Holidays it will be open till 1:00 am.
